Instructions for Posters
Poster Session
The poster session will be held on Tuesday 28th June from 17:45 to 18:15 in the Exhibition Area, in Cromdale Hall, prior to the Welcome Drink.
All posters will be on display in the exhibition area for the duration of the conference.
Please bring the posters with you and afflix it to the poster stand before the poster session.
Poster Dimensions
Poster Stand size: Height: 2000 mm, Width 1000 mm
Maximum Paper Size: The poster should stay within the limits of the poster stand (above).
The maximum A series paper size is: A0

Poster Format
Title:
The title submitted to the Conference organising committee should be prominent. The organisers should
be notified immediately of any change to a poster title.
Additional Guidelines:Your presentation should contain succinct headings that organize and logically display the information.
Prepare a short, legible introduction and a summary of conclusions. Graphics should be explicit and brief. Poster presentations give you an opportunity to acquaint
conference participants with the fundamentals of your work or project quickly and easily. Posters should be designed to
- catch the viewer's attention,
- quickly acquaint the viewer with the basics of your subject, and
- make the viewer want to learn more.
Illustrations must be readable from distances of at least 1 metre. Charts, drawings, and illustrations should be similar to those you would use in making slides.
Poster handouts Handouts: Please bring up to 100 copies of any handouts you wish to distribute.
Inclusion of poster on Conference website
If possible please upload a digital copy of your poster via the conference management system for inclusion on the Conference website.
