St Abbs Head
The red sandstone cliffs of St Abbs Head on the North Sea coast of the Scottish Borders with the village of St Abbs beyond was photographed by Patrick Bailey in July 1989. The cliffs, which rise 300 feet (90 m) above the sea, are the most important site for cliff nesting birds in southern Scotland.
