| History/Scope | Hamish Brown was born in 1934 and now lives in Burntisland. He is an accomplished mountaineer, travel writer and photographer. He has published extensively and is the creator of the TGO Challenge, a two week long endurance walk coast to coast across Scotland.
He regularly contributes talks to the annual RSGS Lecture programme and in 2000 was awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Society.
This collection comprises slides and a small number of photographic prints providing coverage of a number of areas around the world, mainly focusing on mountains and the outdoors. |
