Dr Laetitia Pichevin

My research interest focuses on the marine biogeochemical cycles of C, N, Si and Fe in order to understand the causes of past changes in the marine carbon cycle and in marine nutrient inventories, and their implications for greenhouse gas concentrations. I have used a range of geochemical tools (N, C & Si isotopes, biomarkers, major and trace elements) to tackle questions centred on past climate changes and marine biogeochemical cycles
