PhD student Emiel de Lange was awarded an Early Career Grant by the National Geographic Society
Emiel de Lange, PhD student, has been awarded an Early Career grant by the National Geographic Society.
Emiel will receive $10K towards his project ‘Improving conservation behaviour change communications’.
This grant also qualifies Emiel as a National Geographic Explorer.
"This support from National Geographic will enable me to carry out research, together with my collaborators in Cambodia, that I hope will have real positive impact on the lives of local people, the wildlife they live with, and open up new ways of doing conservation. To have such a platform on which to share my work at this stage in my career is amazing."
