Global Change Symposium 2007

The Symposium was held on 21st March 2007, in St Cecilia's Hall.(Locate on Map)

The Global Change Symposium is designed to

  1. Introduce our first year PhD students and their area of research;
  2. Discuss the challenges we face in Global Change and develop a vision for future research;
  3. Launch the Global Change 2007 Research Highlights Report;
  4. Build links among the diverse components of our research group.

James Croll Prize

The James Croll Prize will be awarded to the student who makes the most outstanding contribution to the Symposium.

Following the Symposium, wine will be served courtesy of our kind sponsors and there will be an opportunity for informal discussion, as well as presentation of the James Croll Prize by Mark Ballard MSP.
