Group Meetings

Location: Crew Building, Rm 304; Time: Thurs, 11.30-12.15.

All meetings are informal and intended to educate other members of the group about 1) your projects in progress, 2) results from recent conferences/workshops you've attended, and 3) new papers that you think should be highlighted to the group. It is also an opportunity to practise upcoming talks (eg conferences or confirmation), improve general presentation skills, and air current challenges you face in your research.

(SOME) TEACHING MATERIALS: 1) How to give a bad talk; 2) How to speak (some interesting pointers).
