Project management

The structure of the programme management for the exploration of Lake Ellsworth is provided right.

The programme will follow the principles of the PRINCE II project methodology with a Programme Board taking overall responsibility for the delivery of the programme to schedule and budget. A full-time Programme Manager will be appointed to manage the programme on a day-to-day basis. The Programme Manager will monitor progress and advise the Programme Board with Team Leaders and Members focussing on science and engineering issues.
