Dr. Emily Brady

Dr Emily Brady is Programme Director and Senior Lecturer in Human Geography. She also teaches one of the core modules, Values and the Environment.

Emily's interests include Environmental Aesthetics and Environmental Ethics, especially landscape and aesthetic values; environment, nature and self-identity; affective and imaginative dimensions of environment; aesthetics of nature in the history of philosophy; Kant's aesthetics; aesthetics of the everyday; philosophy of conservation.

Dr. Andrea Nightingale

Dr Andrea Nightingale is Lecturer in Human Geography. She teaches the other core module, Nature-Society Geographies. Andrea's interests include Political ecology; nature-society; economic and social development in Scotland, South Asia and Latin America; feminist geography; subjectivity and environment; common property resources; rural studies.
