Visitor Registration
Anyone who wishes to use the School's computing facilities needs to be registered. Staff on the payroll, and matriculated students are registered automatically. All others (including retired and honorary staff) must be registered with the "Visitor Registration System" (VRS).
The Computing Officers can not register people with the VRS, but often have to perform further administrative tasks once the VRS process has been completed. The VRS process requires a justification for the registration, and a sponsor within the School. It is time limited and must be renewed periodically.
