I'm a PhD student analysing Scottish mountain snow records held by the Met Office and others like the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology and the Scottish Avalanche Information Service. Richard Essery is my primary supervisor with Nick Hulton as my second supervisor.
My undergrad degree was awarded by Lancaster University in 2004 in Environmental Science, BSc.
Before beginning my PhD I worked as a hydrologist for Halcrow in Edinburgh from Sept 2008 until Aug 2011 and as a flood risk mapper for the Environment Agency Wales in Pembrokeshire between Dec 2005 and Sept 2008.
Please get in touch if you'd like to know more or have any questions. I have a presence on Linkedin and my contact details are listed here. You can also follow me on Twitter and keep up to date with my research via my blog.
