AU-NEPAD S&T Consolidated Plan of Action
Africa’s Science and
Technology, Consolidated Plan of Action (CPA) produced by the African Union
(AU) and the New Partnership for Africa’s Development proposes a regional
process promoting the role of science and technology to support social and
economic development in Africa. The This process produced three
in-depth briefing documents for the AU and NEPAD along with managing a
consultative process to inform the design of the proposed African Science and
Innovation Facility (ASIF, subsequently proposed as the African Science and
