Explanation: If you get a 'Runtime Error 200'
message, the problem lies with Borland Pascal 7 running on PC's faster than 233
MHz or so. It's got something to do with Borland's timing routines which are
inherent in the code. It is a well known problem and affects any BP7 program
not just EdiSol. Numerous fixes abound on the web. Try:

EdiSol for Windows
Problem: I downloaded the new edisolw but when it starts on Win2k, NT and W95 I get
'winhrt32.dll' not found. Where does this file come from/where do I get it?
Explanation: It's in the zip file called edisolw.zip. Put the files in the same
folder as EdiSol.exe. You may need to run RegisterScroll.bat if EdiSol reports
that a class is not registered.
